In December 2015, I bought a pair of wall mounts for TVs at our house - a fairly standard slight tilt model for the craft room and an articulated one for the living room.

Being the kind of guy I am, I saved all of the extra screws from both mounts in a bag, against future need. Unfortunately, fast-forward to earlier this month when I needed a screw and nut, I couldn’t find the bag.

I emailed the customer service department at Cheetah Mounts and asked about getting a replacement hardware kit.

They only asked two questions: “What was the original Amazon order number so we send you the right kit?” and “Is your shipping address still…”.

That’s it. A few days later I had a complete hardware kit waiting for me, UPS Ground.

Now, that’s customer service above and beyond the call of duty. I think we need one more TV mount… and I know whose I’m buying.
